MAKING YOUR TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS

1.  An applicant who has been granted letter of student pass approval may make arrangement to travel to Malaysia.
2.  An applicant is strongly advised NOT TO ENTER Malaysia before obtaining the approval of student pass.
3.  Applicant must notify University of their arrival date at least 5 working days before arrival. A notification must be sent to each email of universities.
4.  Applicant must apply for an Entry Visa if regulation in his/her home country requires them to do so.
5.  Upon arrival in Malaysia, applicant must present letter of Approval of Student Pass to the authority at the airport to ensure smooth entry.
Applicant must report to each universities within 3 (three days) of arrival to submit passport for the endorsement of the student pass

Step 1: Complete the Application form

Step 2: Checking status of application via website or university officer
Step 3: University issues offer letter for successful application

Step 4: Acceptance of offer by Applicant
Step 5: University applies for student pass on student’s behalf
Step 6: Receiving approval of student pass
Step 7: And Travel to Malaysia and report to related university
Step 8: Submission of passport for endorsement of student pass
